OUSF Special Services Training (Schools and Libraries)

These sessions are designed to assist school and library technical directors, systems designers, and e-rate personnel in complying with OUSF requirements.  Participants will be trained in the use of OUSF forms and procedural processes.  Feel free to invite other participants in the fund, including any consultants working with your entity.

Participants may bring location specific questions to address with the onsite experts conducting the session. To request a training session in your area please contact Maura Shortt or Rochelle Brooks at (405)521-4114 or through email at OUSF@occemail.com.

    Free E-Rate & OUSF Training for Schools, Libraries
    The Oklahoma State Department of Education, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Public Utility Division and the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) are offering free E-Rate and OUSF training for schools and libraries.

    OUSF Update:

    • Common pitfalls and errors
    • Requesting preapproval
    • Requesting funding
    • Changing funding
    • Common issues during funding review

    This training is for all schools and libraries.  Even if you use a consultant, you are encouraged to attend so you will know why your consultant is asking for certain information.
